Lawyer and antiwar activist Kevin Zeese is taking on the two war parties when he sought an open US Senate seat from Maryland in 2006. Kevin B. Zeese, who ran independent of the two major parties, has been involved in a host of social justice issues over the past thirty years and is currently serving as the director for the antiwar organization Democracy Rising, which is calling for a responsible, rapid withdrawal of troops from Iraq. kevin B. Zeese aought in 2006 the nomination of Maryland’s antiwar Libertarian, Populist and Green Parties as well as support from Maryland's fastest growing group of voters -- disgruntled Republicans and Democrats.

Kevin B. Zeese registered with the Maryland Green Party. He is a founding member of the Populist Party of Maryland as well as a member of Libertarian Party of Maryland. He believes that the United States needs to be a government "of, by and for the people" but that the two major political parties have become corrupted by Big Business and wealthy donor contributions and no longer put the needs of the people first.

Kevin is currently the director of the national anti-war group DemocracyRising.US, an organization working to rapidly and responsibly end the Iraq War and occupation. Kevin has consistently linked our fossil-fuel economy, the war on terror, and global climate change together in the development of his stances on economic issues, issues of globalization, and security. He was a founding member of the Montgomery County Coalition for Alternatives to War in Maryland, and a co-founder of VotersForPeace.US an organization working to build a bloc of voters who will not support pro-war candidates

It is summer. And sun is more with us and for us. The sun was the principal of good, master of sky and earth, sustaining all life and controlling universe.(Book: Light, Color, And Environment, p.103, 1982 by Farber Birren). But our genetically inherited temperature regulation has its own limit. This is the same limit, which our grandparents have given to us as their offsprings in the twenty and twenty-first centuries. We are very easy vulnerable living beings. If the temperature goes up and consequently, the environmental air approches to our own body temperature, then we have very big problem. Our temperature regulation is not prepared to manage very high temperatures. We can easily expect that the sustained increases in summer temperature and humidity (heat waves) can be associated with extensive morbidity and mortality. We see in a hot day of summer that sweat rolls off the body if the humidity is at all high. As an expert in the biomedical science, I would say that in that condition, the pulse of a person, whose sweat rolls off, is fast, and his or her breathing is shallow. Do you know that the onset of sweating is slower in the old people? Has somebody told you about it? From the medical point of view, I want to inform you that in the elderly people, especially in those people who have cardiovasuclary and pulmonary diseases, both body temperature and pulse rate can rise more quickly like the speed of "Shinkasen Train" from Tokyo to Kyoto in Japan?
Of course, I compared the velocity of the body temperature and pulse rate of the elderly people and younger persons.

If we wish or not wish, the reality is that when we are exposed to heat in the hot days of summer, biologically, our muscular heart tries to respond to this heat by an increasing in heart rate. This is because of pumping extra blood to the surface for cooling's purpose. If our abilities to deal with the heat of summer has been declined, it reflects that how deeply our cardiovascular system has been deteriorated. The elderly people, often, have this functional problem during the hot days of summer. Many evidences suggest that the percentage of deaths in summer belongs to those individuals with arteriosclerosis, and other cardiovascular dysfunctionalities.Renal and splanchnic sympathetic nerve discharge (SND) responses to heating are significantly reduced in senescent compared with young(Michael J. Kenney and Timothy I. Musch, 2003).Age alters the cardiovascular response to direct passive heating(Christopher T. Minson et al., J Appl Physiol 84: 1323-1332, 1998).
The skin blood flow (SKBF) is altered in aged skin.
There are reports about the large increases in numbers of deaths from stroke and ischemic heart disease as well as deaths from more obviously heat-related illness (e.g., heatstroke) in association with heat waves (Ellis FP. Heat illness. Trans Roy Soc Trop Med Hyg 1977;70:402-28).
Groups at high risk of having heatstroke are the elderly, infants 1 year of age, military recruits, persons exposed to high temperatures in the work place, the chronically ill or bedfast, the mentally ill, those taking antipsychotic or anticholinergic drugs, and alcoholics:

Jones TS, Liang AP, Kilbourne EM, et al. Morbidity and mortality associated with the July 1980 heat wave in St. Louis and Kansas City, Mo. JAMA 1982;247:3327-31; Kilbourne EM, Choi K, Jones TS, Thacker SB, and The Field Investigation Team. Risk factors for heatstroke: a case-control study. JAMA 1982;247:3332-36; Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Hot environments. Cincinnati: National Institute for Ocupational Safety and Health. (NIOSH publication no. 80-132). 1980 ; Ferris EB, Blankenhorn MA, Robinson HW, Cullen GE. Heat stroke: clinical and chemical observations on 44 cases. J Clin Investigation 1938;17:249-62;Zelman S, Guillan R. Heat stroke in phenothiazine-treated patients: a report of three fatalities. Amer J Psychiat 1970;126:1787-90;Wise TN. Heatstroke in three chronic schizophrenics: case reports and clinical considerations. Compr Psychiatry 1973;14:263-7.

Low socioeconomic status and residence in an urban area have also been associated with high risk of heatstroke. Studies of race and sex as predisposing factors for heatstroke have yielded inconsistent results (Henschel A, Burton LL, Margolies L, Smith JE. An analysis of the heat deaths in St. Louis during July, 1966. Amer J Public Health 1969;59:2232-42; Schuman SH. Patterns of urban heat-wave deaths and implications for prevention: data from New York and St. Louis during July, 1966. Environ Res 1972;5:59-75;Ferris EB, Blankenhorn MA, Robinson HW, Cullen GE. Heat stroke: clinical and chemical observations on 44 cases. J Clin Investigation 1938;17:249-62).

NIEP strongly emphasizes that the right to food means the right to peace. This has been emphasized from the United Nations for many years. NIEP advocates for proper foods for all humans. To give the proper food to all humans means to reduce the chance of heat injury in the summer.
NIEP is for the peace. NIEP is for humanity. NIEP is for a sustainable and peaceful environment. Pleace come together for a peaceful environment. We have one agenda; peace in all sectors of life.

Human health is a human right's issue.Every woman, man, youth and child has the human right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health, without discrimination of any kind. Enjoyment of the human right to health is vital to all aspects of a person's life and well-being, and is crucial to the realization of many other fundamental human rights and freedoms.
    (The Human Right to Health
    Human rights and the NHS
In the era of global warming, NIEP advocates for Heat Health Watch-Warning System (HHWWS). We are about two-thirds water (approximately 56 percent) and without it, we die within a few days. The water is enclosed in the trillions of cells that form our bodies. Our brains, which are the sole determinanat of identities, incidentlly, among the more mushy of our organs, composed of 85 percent water; most of the rest os fat. The body of every living being depends on the laws of the environment. Healthy humans cannot maintain their body temperature if the environmental air reaches body temperature and the air is saturated with water vapour. Humans and the suurounding environments are the subjects of changes. Living beings like humans are systems that tend to respond to chnages in their environments. This noble institution knows very well the danagers and the consequences of these chnages in the environment. NIEP distributes informations about the public health threat from excessive heat. The biomedical experts of NIEP inform to all people with heart problems that they are, especially, vulnerable to the excessive heat. This is because of their cardiovascular system. These muscular pumps, during hot weather must work harder to keep the body of the vulnerable people cool. As a memebr of NIEP, I emphasize that extreme temperatures can directly cause the loss of life for many people, especially for the elderly people, kids and patinets.
In July 1995, a heat wave killed more than 700 people in the Chicago area alone.
Of course, our fellow-creatures, animals and plants have the same threat. NIEP teaches to people that there is a close link between regional climate in all parts of the world and the occurrence or severity of some diseases and other threats to human health. The researches show that warm temperatures can increase air and water pollution. We see these conditions in many big cities of Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North & South America. These conditions, in turn harm human health.
NIEP is a world center for the environmental peace. Therefore, we monitor all countries around the world. There are many countries, where people expierence with the highest incidence of heat-related mortality. The increasing of mortalities because of the global warming is a fact today. Earth is the hottest it has been in at least 400 years. Because of the integrity of all living beings to the universe- or the multiple-universe- human health is affected by climate conditions. Extremely hot weather can result in illness – including physiological disruptions and organ damage – and even death. About the mortalities because of air pollution, NIEP asks people, whether or not they know that estimatly, air pollution causes several hundred thousand deaths a year around the world.Do they know? If we believe this Earth belongs to all living beings, do we support policies and measures to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases? Do we support the strategies of NIEP and many environmental organizations and agencies such as those encompassing enhanced energy efficicency and movement to non-carbon fuels? Are we aware of sizable air quality benefirs, particularly reduced deaths from exposue to inhalable particles?
All people need to know and must know that there are true but mult-faceted interrelationships involving air pollution, stratospheric ozone depleation and climate change. The expansion of giant corporations and the transfer of many of their industries to other parts of the world such as China, Banghladesh, India and etc -because of cheap labours and esay exploitation of humans-- have been a driving factor in contributing to environmental problmes. People have lost their rights to health because of the destructive biopolitics of the giant corporations.
Protecting human health is an integral part of NIEP's mission. Public health problems caused by many destructive biopolitics are a growing concern worldwide today.
NIEP sees these public health threats, which are enhanced by these destructive biopolitics are affected by the relationship between people and the physical, chemical, and biological nature of our natural environments.
NIEP sees that everyone can be exposed to trace amounts of pollutants through air, soil, household dust, food, drinking water and various consumer products.
We encourage for proper environmental management.
Do we know that the environment influences our health in many ways? Really do we know? Then help us for making the environmental peace. You can make a difference.
    NIEP is for you.

Hunger crisis due to climate change stalks India: UN
    16 August 2007

The Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) has warned of the likelihood of climate change leading to a hunger crisis in India.
FAO says floods and droughts caused by climate changes would affect food grain production by almost 125 million tonnes or 18 per cent of the current food grain produced in the country.
Jacques Diouf, director general, FAO, was quoted in an official statement as saying that greater frequency of droughts and floods would have a negative impact on local production, especially in subsistence sectors at low latitudes. "Rain-fed agriculture in marginal areas in semi-arid and sub-humid regions is mostly at risk," he warned.

I strongly resent the political games of the politicians who weep crocodile tears for the environmental crisis and the danagers to the life of the arctic animals, but insist on the continuation of the xenophibia. This is the oxymoronical politics. What distinguishes oxymora of these hegemonial race-based politicians from other people, who have paradoxes and contradiction in their behaviors against other people is that these so-called the concerned environmentalists, businessmen, and politicians are using the hegemony of the European races to other races intentionally. This intention contradicts their willigness to the environmental peace through justice. The oxymoronical behavior in the environmental peace is identified as a phrase, in which two words of contradictory meaning are brought together. The behaviors of these so-called the concerned environmentalists, businessmen and politicians become an example of an "oxymoron". The more these people grasp to their xenophbic ideologies, the more their behaviors tend to sophomore, a "wise fool" form.
"The Environmental Peace" and "Racism" are terms that are almost oxymoronical in nature! NIEP advocates to the environmental peace through justice. NIEP strongly condemns the xenophobic behaviors. We,all, are humans. We want peace through justice. These two vital elements are the buildiing blocks of our environment.
Thr exponentially oxymoronical environmental politics with the strong emphasis on the xeniophobia find no place in the policies of NIEP. There are many sorts of oxymoronical conflicts going on in many places. NIEP sees these conflicts as the great obstacles for the environmental peace. The exorbitant oxymoronical materials in the arsenals of the supporters of the anti-peace and anti-justice movements reflect how important is the works of NIEP for making the environmental peace through justice. A compilation of self-contradictory politics of oxymoronica in the arsenals of the democratic governments appear illogical or nonsensical for making the environmental peace. Ancient or new Oxymoronical politics, which are based on injustice and xenophobic are barriers for making peace through justice.I presume to suggest that NIEP needs clear-cut policies for the environmental peace.
Although the political paradox or games for making the environmental peace are particularly the powerful devices in today's world, but the efforts of the true environmentalists and peacelovers around the world can illuminate the contradictions that are at the very heart of our works for making a peaceful environment.
NIEP sees that the honesty and sincerity of all peacelovers and environmentalists
engage our hearts and minds. We know that the existence of oxymoronica in the environmental policies through justice and peace are the big obstacles, but according to paraphrase Yogi Berra, if people don't want to appreciate oxymoronica, nobody's going to stop them. We need to find the appropriate ways for confronting and management with the oxymoronical politics.Groucho Marx: "The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing. NIEP is ready to deal with the oxymoronical politics because of its honesty and fair dealing for the environmental peace.

The NIEP is open to all partners, agencies, universities and institutions willing to commit to the objectives, targets, and guiding principles of the partnership for promoting the environmental peace. NIEP considers that the NIEP's mission and objectives are relevant for making the environmental peace: the task in achieving the peace and a sustainable and healthy environment are immense while the need to develop the national environmental peace's plans with the strong emphasis on the establishing the Ministry of Peace in every country and addressing the importance of justice in all policy issues are always emphasized.Importantly, the strategy of NIEP is not going to be silent on many key issues that relate to the effective implementation of its agendas including, for example, support of the healthy biopolitics for a healthy life. NIEP considers that it should have highlighted the importance of elaborating in further detail how the environmental peace strategy should be implemented. NIEP considers that the lack of willingness for making a healthy environment and peace has been a missed opportunity unil now that has contributed directly to several constraints that are visible in many socities and global warming. The Africa, Asia and South America components of the environmental peace can enjoy strong support from every corner of the world while the European & North America components receive strong condemnation for their failures for making a healthy environment and commitment in peace. The issues facing the environmental peace are many and interlinked with the desire to achieving peace & justice and will need to be addressed comprehensively rather than individually if a robust and enduring environmental and political ways are to be implemented. Africa-EU Strategic Partnership, Latin American–EU Strategic Partnership, Middle-East Strategic Partnership and Asia Strategic Partnership are very fundamnetal for making the environmental peace. The Europe & North America need to come out of their egocentric policies. If they want a healthy environment and a peaceful world, they must show a genuine partnership with the rest of the world. The reinforcement of political commitment of the western countries towards the true democracy in the world through the true action and innovation oriented partnership is what NIEP as a non-governmental organization is emphasizing today. The NIEP is not a financial instrument to deliver official development assistance (ODA) in either the environment or in the political arena for making peace. Instead, NIEP seeks to assist partner organizations, agencies, universities, institution and many countries around the world in the development and implementation of peace projects in the environment and their efforts for stopping war and violence.NIEP strongly recommends the increase of synergies between the environmental peace polies, as a continuing process, and major on-going policies for all countries.
The NIEP Thematic Strategy (NTS) on the Protection and Conservation of the Peaceful Environments aims to ensure that all kinds of environments such as the family environment, political environment, the elderly people environment, social environment, immigration environment, refugees environment, the kids environment, economical environment, business environment and etc. are environmentally healthy and for peace. The implementation of this Strategy will require enhanced cooperation and collective action of all organizations, agencies, universities, institutions and governments in all countries. NIEP would like to promote for the integration of the environmental dimension of its initiatives in the environmental peace in sectoral policies. NIEP claims that this integration can benefit the econmoic and social pillar of a suustainable development in many countries around the world. This mechanism can work through the increase of investments and the creation of additional job positions- most importantly not for the millitary purposes and wars, but also for peace and health- in many environmentally healthy sectors.
Therefore, NIEP is obliged to explain that any information processing and dissemination for the elaboration of the environmental dimenision and its integration in the sectoral policies to people are very productive and beneficial. These ways are based on the balanced interlinks of the main parameters, including the social justice for developing of the environmental peace projects that ensures the goals of NIEP for making the environmental peace through justice.

NIEP is not the goddess Athene, in Greek mytology, who gave the olive tree to the people of Athens, who showed their gratitude by naming the city after her.

    Peacem In Terris

NIEP has an objective goal and that is practicing & sharing of responsibility among people for peacem in terris. NIEP belives that if people in today's world win the sharing of responsbility for having an environmental peace, then they are real winners and of course the winners can be given crowns of olive branches. NIEP belives that sharing of this responsibility for environmental peace reflects the blossoming of talents in all people, who value the issues of the environment and the peace. The activists for the environmental peace in NIEP think, whatever the culture, gender, race or history, the olive branch and dove are the parts of many modern signs symbolising peace and unity around the globe.
The concept of peace and environmental peace are very important because these are the real concerns for all cultures all over the world. The environmental peace, in the reality, is in us because wehn we greet people, we intend to create a peaceful environment. The phrase "to offer someone an olive branch" means to make peace with using of the symbol of nature. The olive tree is a tree in the nature and it has been served as a symbol of beauty, freshness and fertility. It lives longer than the other trees in the area. The nature is a landscape of colours. It is very beautiful. As we have studied, we have learned that in the Chinese tradition, the rainbow, which is the symbol of different colours, is a common symbol for reaching of partners to each other because the colours represent the union of yin and yang. NIEP, as a center for the environmental peace and alsp many environmental and peace organizations know that having a multi-colour symbols like a rainbow means in the today's politics the possibility of a peaceful planet and promising sunshine after the rain. Again and again, we wish a peaceful world with peaceful people for a peaceful politics with the olive branch, which was the first sign of life that the dove brought back to Noah’s Arc to hale the end of the flood as the biblical story goes. NIEP with using of this symbol of peace, namely the olive tree advocates for more engagements for the environmental peace.
As a responsible person, who engages for the purposes of the environment and peace in NIEP and International Innovative Projects (IIP), I would like to emphasize this important point that as the olive tree has been the symbol of wisdom and peace, please let to come together for the environmental peace and please let to have a unity; the unity for all people, evry race, every gender around the world. Although the symbol of the tree and its metaphysical concept go back to ancient times, but the alliance of people for today's environmental peace is urgent and is for our lives. Every person ought to be interconnected to the efforts for the environmental peace. NIEP for the environmental peace deeply appreciates every small steps by every individual. The directors of NIEP, professor Roger Hansell and professor Biswajit (Bob) Ganguly believe that peace begins with small steps taken by many individuals that leads to respect, understanding and appreciation of others. They see the efforts of every individual as the seeds of peace today and they wish to let these engagements for peace to be contegious. Personally, I must confess that I love the symbol of the olive Tree and its meaning for peace. I love this symbol because the olive Tree is a symbol of our environment for achieving peace. I love to see your warm humankind. The volunteers for the environmental peace with olive Trees in hands are very responsible persons. We, in NEEP, are advocating for projects titled “ Tree of Peace Program” around the world. With these projects, we use the name of the olive tree in every peace project. We expect all environmental and governmental organizations help us in these goals. We look forward to your support in helping NIEP in its efforts in the environmental peace.

PEACE, a simple and small word to say, but in a deep sense of its meanings, conceales a whole universe in itself. Usually "PEACE" is only looked in contrast of "WAR", but itsn't as simple as it seems. Because, even in the so called time of peace, we become a victim of several oppressions, extortions, violences, and dispersments.

Accepting the potentially tensional correlation between the environment and insecurity, the academic people of this institution dedicate to promote of safe, sustainable peaceful environment. The environment has now become firmly established as an item on the agenda of peace research. The claim that environmental factors should be integrated into the concept of security was first made in the early 1980s (for example by Richard Ullman).

Professor Roger Hansell and Professor Bob Ganguly, directors of the Noble Institute for Environmental Peace want to make sure that the most decision makings are based on understanding of environmental consequences. They view that the effect that environmental degradation can increase resource scarcity and therefore contribute to an increase in armed conflict around the world. They believe that many people know less on the relationship between resources, the environment , and armed conflicts-- with different names from different countries-- which happen now around the world such as war in Afghanistan, Iraq, which are only two of many violent conflicts burning in the world today.

Today, nearly half the world’s 6 billion people lives on less than $2 a day. However, poverty is a reality affecting both rich and poor countries. In developed countries it is estimated that 1 in 10 children live below the poverty line. The situation in developing countries is much worse. In the year 2000 alone, 1.7 million children were needlessly lost because countries around the world failed to reduce poverty levels.

What You Do In The Environment And In The World Comes Back To You

NIEP believes that cleanliness is godliness. It believes that cleanliness is the peace. This cleanliness makes a suitable environment for life. NIEP believes that all forms of life seems to generate almost spontaneously when given favourable environment. When "things go wrong," like the hegemony of lies, destruction of the enevironment and also the promtion of the wrong biopolitics, then the the environmental crisis emerges. This emergence of so-clled the environmental crisis, according to the statements of the scientists and experts, who cooperate with NIEP for making the environmental peace, is a crisis of civilization. It is the crisis of our modern times. Environmental crisis is not an ecologic catastrophe, but the result of the thinking that has guided the construction and the destruction of the global world and our world-lives. Environmental hermeneutics goes beyond the interpretation of NIEP's field and must be discussed with all scientists and environmentalists. But simple said, NIEP empasizes that dirt, crimes, demagogy, destructive biopolitics, pollution and all sorts of negligence in the world, produce the environmental crisis.
We say: "You reap what you sow." You plant the seeds (sow), and then later you gather the resulting harvest (reap). The harvest that you reap depends on the kind of seeds you sow. If you sow corn, you will not reap olives. NIEP would like to know how many of people are aware of the meaning and really understand and practice it for the environment and peace in the world?
NIEP asks people: Do you wish to live with other people in co-existence in a world of peace and brotherly love? Do you want to take care of your environment? Do you want to take care of the needs of people? Are you against poverty and injustice? Or would you rather live in a world, which NIEP and other peacelovers and environmentalists advocate for clean air and water? Do you really wish and commit to live in a world of abundance for all of people? Do you really want to be a volunteer for advocating for life in a planet where discrimination, racism (structural or non-structural), the racial title of the visible minorities against NON-European no longer exist?
Or, would you rather swallow the words and propagandas of lobbyists of wars, destruction, clash of civilizations, dividing of nations and governing them, plundering the natural resources in other countries and to live in a world where the giant corporations lie and manipulate all sorts of environments? Do you want to have to worry about whether your biological and physiological needs such as water is clean enough to consume and not being put in the supermarkets with high prices?
Do you know that the breathing exercise is a great aid in gaining control of mid and body? Do you accept to live in this troubled environment where you cannot breathe the clean air? NIEP informs that it is fresh air which cleans and vitalizes the body. How can you open windows or doors in your house, when the environment is full of chemical and toxines? Do you know that if the clean air currents come, it brings health and happiness and carry out disease and poison and death as fast as it is thrown off by human bodies? If the clean air come! We are not talking about the poisonous air with all sorts of chmeicals and toxins. NIEP advises to people that in spring, summer and fall every window shoud be kept wide open night and day.NIEP advises to people to open their windows several inches at night, even in the coldest of weather.

Aging oil wells pose threat to environment

The petroleum industry and energy regulators are grappling with a growing problem - thousands of inactive oil and gas wells and other oil- and gas-field facilities that have yet to be properly shut down or "abandoned.?
There are at least 42,000 inactive oil and gas wells and another 7,000 inactive oil- and gas-field facilities scattered across Alberta still awaiting proper abandonment to ensure they present no risk to the public or the environment, speakers told a conference last week in Calgary.

It happens that I sit with friends and explain them about the weather and its profound effect on human health and well-being. Many of my friends are full aware of the effects, but they don't know the mechanisms of these effects. When I explain them about these effects and the associated changes in birth rates, and sperm counts, with out break of all sorts of diseases such as pneumonia, influenza and bronchitis, these friends confirm the profound effects of the weather on human health. Many people know these effects, less or more. There are people, who claim that these changes in weather, for instance, can be seenn in pollen concentrations and high pollution levels. As an expert in the field of biomedical science, I explain them that there is a large body of literature (no matter in the new or old journals and magazines) devot to these impacts. I'm not a climatologist and I haven't any climatological knowledge, but I am in biomecial field and I know that, for instance, in humans, at core temperature higher than 42 degrees Celsius, central system dysfunction appears. The climatological aspect will be given by climatologists. In the era of saturated fat, trans fat and junk foods and the expansion of obesity in the world, especially in North America, for example, I know that the obese people are at risk for heat illness, especially heat stroke because these people, who are clinically sick, suffer from obesity, they have more insulation and a lower surface area-t0-volume ratio. These people have less capacity for dissipating heat. I give, often, advises to mothers, who are not full aware of different danagers of heat in their own children. I tell them, if their children have any infection and fever or if their children have just played footbal or any other games on the streets (especially in South America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia) or any other palces, the parents, as mothers or fathers, must be aware of danagers of heat and should not send their just exercised or infected children with fever into hot tubs or saunas. If they don't give any attention, it means they are sending to the death chamaber. These mothers ask me why? I tell them, your childrens' bodies have produced too much heat; they must relase their produced and accumulated heat instead of getting hotter in hot tubs or saunas. This is very clear.
I also explain to mothers that you must limit the amount of time your small children spend in a hot tubs. They ask me how long? I say, for instance, 10 minutes.
Those friends and people who become confused during the hot days of summer, need to know that, we have inherited the mechanism of the regulation of our body temperature from our ancesters (parents and grandparents) through their genes. They have given us their genes. These genes are expressed through transcription. The regulation of our body temperaure is mmanaged from the hypothalamus in our brains. Some scientists call the hypothalamus a high professional diplomat because hypothalamus communicates with many centers. When, in summer, our body temperture rises, we become victims of our genes, which have been given from our ancesters. We become more confused and may seem like those people who are drunk.
By the way, I would like to inform those people, who are permanent customer of Tim Hurton, Starbucks, McDonald or other restaurants for drinking of coffees, no matter in hot weather or in winter, they need to know that coffee and other diuretics produce a relative state of dehydration. If these people don't give any attention to the relationship between coffee and diuretics with dehydration, they must know that this dehydration that these people ignore, in turn, affects both central thermoregulation and sweating. Are they aware of the consequences of this event? As an expert in the field of biomedical science, I oblige myself to explain them that, any decrease in body weight (for example, more than 2,5 percent) through fluid loss (because of drinking of coffee and other diurectis) increases the heart rate of the muscular heart and body temperature. And what I don't want to forget is that this event leads to decreasing of plasma volume.
I hope that, my information can help to many people.
NIEP advocates for a healthy and peaceful life through the environmental peace based on justice and merit.
NIEP values all efforts for making of peace-based environmental & health policies.
The environmental peace has many components such as health, environment, economy, social science, education and etc. NIEP, as a non-governmental and non-profit organization is, strongly, against the environmental manipulations, in all sectors of life. The impacts of the environmental maanipulations are severe. The environmental manipulation, in most cases, means the declaration of war and hostility against humans and their environments. The implementation of the goals of the environmental peace allow the brain to function efficiently. The environmental peace and its arm the constructive biopolitics are related to serotonin nerve circuits, which promotes feelings of well being, calm, personal security, relaxation, confidence and concentration. The lack of policies in the environmental peace means declining of the importance of serotonin and promoting the serotonin deficiency sydrome based on the political, and socioeconomical agendas. These destructive biopolitics can manifest as a broad array of emotional and behavioral problems in people, especially those poor people; the effects can ranage from depression, PMS, anxiety, alcoholism, insomnia, violence, aggression, suicide, compulsive gambling, conflict making, and wars. The destructive biopolitics and lack of the environmental peace through destructive influencing of the serotonin neural circuits, can help for counterbalacning of the brain dopamin and noradrenaline circuits to encourage overarousal, fear, anager, tension, aggression, violence, onsessive-compulsive actions, over-eating, anxiety and sleep disturbances.

    By: A. Diba, PhD

The political & socioeconomical impacts of the destructive biopolitics reflect themselves in the levels of the serotonin concentration;a neurotransmitter.
Reduced serotonin levels from discriminatory measures against people, especially the non-European races, their extreme stresses, their frustrations, their ignored PhDs, their poor nutrition, their residency in the poorest neighbourhoods are connected with ADD, depression, anxiety, aggression, irritability, lack of concentration, chronic pain, weight gain or loss, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, restlessness or fatigue, nausea, obsessive-compulsive disorder, arthritis, fibromyalgia, heat intolearance and other syndrom. The fluctation of the serotonin levels of the impoverished people by discriminatory measures are connected with bipolar disorder (manic depression) and hypomania.Treatment of low serotonin through the environmental peace, may decrease first the symptoms of aggression, second, decrease myocardial infarctions and stroke by reducing the brains' hyperactive autonomic nervous systems with lowering of high blood pressure. The destructive biopolitics has an environmental trigger such as physical or emotional trauma, which lead to violence, aggression. NIEP sees the underlying serotonin connection mechanisms in different forms of aggressions such as wars and genocides around the world. It is important to recall that 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) is the link between the foods we eat and serotonin in the brain. It is produced by the body from the amino acid tryptophan, which is found in dairy products, meat, and supplements. High cortisol levels and stress can reduce brain levels of serotonin.5-HTP is not present in significant amounts in a typical diet. The human body manufactures 5-HTP from L-tryptophan, a natural amino acid found in most dietary proteins. However, eating food that contains L-tryptophan does not significantly increase 5-HTP levels.

In many countries, people experience the increase of the sudden cardiac deaths assocaied with low serotonin. NIEP's experts believe that based on the destructive biopolitics in many countries, low serotonin may explain a lot of clinically and biologically difficult patients who have been marked by different names because through this our ignorance are masked. An approach to the peace means an approach to the environmental peace and for this goal, people must become aware of all strongly affected people by the destructive biopolitics; the serotonin levels of these persecuted and affected people must be monitored and treated as quick as possible.
The low serotonin is implicated in many negative aspects of the environmental peace and also a huge cost in the consequence of the sudden cardiac deaths in many hospitals and public health centers. The underlying serotonergic deficiency in the environmental health has become more manifest in many disease states today.

Serotonin was first recognised as a powerful vasoconstrictor in blood serum. It was isolated in 1948 by Page and was later found to be associated with the central nervous system.

    By: A.Diba, PhD
    Serotonin:
With the enormous rise in the use of the serotonin-enhancing antidepressants for the victims of the political and socioeconomical policies, emergency medicine especialists never will have any chance to treat the victims beecause the real treatment is the promotion of the environmental peace. The medication of the environmental peace is based on justice and merit. The reduction or increase of the neurotransmitters are not connected with the flow of billions of dollars into the bank accounts of the pharmaceutical companies; these companies are financing and helping the corrupt politicians for more discriminatory measures and exploitation. The environmental peace is the only solution; it is a natural way for the right to life; the life for all people, not only for the rich people.

    By: A. Diba, PhD

The experts of NIEP explain the onset of some forms of violence in the society, which may happen if the brain chemistry changes because of the lasting envoronmental pressures. NIEP claims that one change in the brain chemistry that is well documented is due to the sertonin changes. The low levels of the serotonin may lead to the human behavioral pathology. The increasing of violence and aggression promote wars and genocides; like those wars and genocides happened in the Rwanda & Brudni in 1994 and also that one in February 26, 1992, in the city of Khojali in Azerbaijan, where over 600 children, pregnants women the elderly people were beheaded and slaughtered by the armenians because of their historical animosity and hatred to others.
The approch to the peace through the spirituality didn't teach them--these violators of rights and peace--- to love humans, instead of hatred and killing people.
The experts in the human behavioral pathology have seen these aggression and violence in dogs and primates (monekys and chimpanzees).
The racial and religious emotions of these violators of rights and peace are clouding the realities of humananity and life. These people, who make wars and ignore the environmental peace behave like the socially isloated rodent; this rodent is a poor learner. In the hippocampus of the people of wars and star wars-- a region of paramount importance to theefficiency of learning and formation of memory--, according to the experts of NIEP, the location of receptors at the nerve endings which respond to the neurotransmitter of serotonin, may be modified. NIEP claims that, no matter what are the real reasons of these modifications of the serotonin receptors in the hippcampus of the criminals of wars, it is clear that these serotonon receptors, after their modifications, become more sensitive and responsive to serotonin. The study of scientists report that one result from the changes in this region is that the synthesis of proteins in this region of the brain is inhibited by almost 40%.
It is important to recall that about 90 percent of the serotonin in the body is outside the brain, most of it in the gut and in mast cells of the blood. Stimulation of these cells helps cause an increase in body temperature. Overheating the body is worsened by vigorous physical activity and crowding. Serotonin is a key factor in mood regulation, and reduction of depression and anxiety. Lack of serotonin has been linked to compulsive disorders, especially the overeating of carbohydrates.

From the first moment of conception, all living beings, are exposed to environmental influences. Today, we need a peaceful & sustainable environment.Either the status of the environment for the fetus or the status of the environment for the adults need peace. The environmental peace is for a world without wars and without occupation of the territory of other countries. The environmental peace rejects and strongly condemns any claims for the superiority of any race or any religion. Making wars & occupation of the territory of other nations based on the doctorines oF racism & religion are acts of criminality and barbarism; they are strongly condemned. The environmental peace works hand-in-hand with the environmental justice. It advocates for equality,a sustainable peace through justice. By the way, taking a position of silence when aggrssors and criminals attack, kill and occupy the territory of other nations, at least for a period of time and then to write a biographical book against the aggrssors and criminals is very opportunistic behavior. For the peace and for the justice, we really need to be honest.

Our Genes Need The Environmental Peace

Genes in the nucleus do indeed represent blueprints for proteins, the molecules responsible for physical traits and the mechanics underlying behavior. However, it is now recognized that the regulation of gene expression, that is the switching on and off of genes, is not a property of the genes themselves, but is controlled by environmental signals (Nijhout, 1990). We are also now aware of the fact that organisms under stress are able to actively alter their DNA and create new genes in an effort to accommodate environmental challenges (Thaler, 1994). Rather than being genetically predetermined, organisms develop in balance with their environment and purposively select, or if necessary rewrite, what they perceive to be appropriate gene programs to ensure their survival.

All sorts of racism, disrimination and colonialism (old and new forms) are against the peace and agaisnt the environmental peace. Many evidences show that a higher proportion of people in the most deprived areas and countries live in areas with multiple environmental conditions that are in relative terms the ‘least favourable’ and more danagers & harms to the health, compared with minority populations living in so-called established areas for the wealthy people.

    Dr. Rosalie Bertell - Environmentalist
Dr. Rosalie Bertell is an advocate for health, for the earth and those who live on it. She would argue that they are indivisible, that you can't have one without the other. She is many other things too - nun, scientist, teacher, educator, writer, feminist, peace activist, political activist. She would probably say that these are also indivisible, that they have combined to give her a perspective and a passion. From these threads come a life that is a whole cloth, a mantle we can wear too. Bertell is crystal clear about what is wrong:

... there's no social justice issue which does not result in a violation of human health ... Right through our society whether you talk about rape, you talk about abuse, you talk about despotic rulers, or you talk about the nuclear club, its the same thing: if I'm bigger or I've got more power, therefore I am in charge, and it just destroys everybody else

Dr. Bertell was born in Buffalo, NY, in 1929. She says that she is a fourth generation Canadian-American - her mother was Canadian, her father American. She earned her first degree, Bachelor of Arts in 1951 at Buffalo's Marguerite d'Youville College. Marguerite d'Youville was the first Canadian-born Foundress of a religious community (1738) to be declared a saint. There was one other Canadian (pre-Canadian) saint, Keteri Tekawika, the Mohawk girl. Bertell first joined a Carmelite monastery. She undertook hard physical work there, suffering a heart attack. During her recovery, she discovered that she enjoyed teaching mathematics. So she made some changes. She spent from 1951 to 1955 in Carmel; 1955-1957 teaching high school, and from 1957-1958 getting an M.A. degree at Catholic University in mathematics) In fall of 1958, at the age of 29, she joined the order d'Youville founded, the Sisters of Charity (known as the Grey Nuns of the Sacred Heart). Says Bertell of d'Youville, "... [She] always did what needed to be done in a pioneer village. She used common sense. So I've got a good history in my congregation for this kind of thing."
